Extinguishing Expenses & Recovery Clause

The insurance by this policy includes :

1.wages of the insured's employees other than full time members of Works Fire Brigade; 

2.the cost of replenishment of fire fighting appliances and loss, destruction or damage to materials; 

3.other costs, including loss, destruction or damage to property to gain access; 

necessarily and reasonably incurred in extinguishing fire or in saving insured property or in the recovery of the property insured resulting from insured loss or damage at or adjoining the situation of the property insured or immediately threatening to involve such property
